Terms and Conditions is updated with regularity. Please make sure to read it before you submit your hardware for data recovery to us.

1-) With regard to pick up and drop off:

• Once notified you have 5 business days to pick up the serviced hardware at our location, after which we have the right to set a fee of $18.75 per week for storage and liability.

2-) With regard to time to service:

• SuperRush Data Recovery⁽²⁾ takes about 1 to 2 days⁽⁴⁾ and the cost is 50% more.
• Rush Data Recovery⁽²⁾ takes about 2 to 4 days⁽⁴⁾ and the cost is 25% more.
• Half or full amount deposit might be required for both.

3-) With regard to rates:

• Data recovery diagnostic and evaluation is $75.
• Data recovery's minimum fee is $75 no matter the outcome, even if unrecoverable ($200 for SuperRush and $100 for Rush jobs)
• Logical data recovery starts at $150 and physical at $550. Deposit might be required.
• You will need to pay a $75 cancellation fee for withdrawal, half if the job is halfway, and the full amount if the job is finished.
• You will need to pay $100 for any opened hard drive(s) before sending to us, even if unrecoverable.
• You will need to pay plus 25% of the total bill for devices with capacity bigger than 250GB.
• You will need to pay plus 50% of the total bill for devices with capacity bigger than 500GB.
• You will need to pay plus 25% of the total bill for Mac operating systems drives.
• You will need to pay plus 50% of the total bill for SCSI, Unix, an Linux operating systems drives.
• If you want your original faulty device(s) back, there is an extra $37.50 handling charge for both successful and unsuccessful data recovery.
• You will need to pay $100 respectively for each additional raid drive, or if you cannot bring your raid box, raid controller.
• If the data is returned on CDs you will need to pay $18.75/CD for data transfer (2 free 740MB CDs, $5ea after)
• If the data is returned on DVDs you will need to pay $37.50/DVD for data transfer (1 free 4.7GB DVD, $10ea after)
• If the data is returned on a hard drive you will need to pay $75/Harddrive for data transfer^(1).

4-) With regard to liability:

• We are not responsible for any business or personal data loss during data recovery.
• If you fail to pick up your hardware by the 30th day we will not be liable for it nor its content.

⁽¹⁾ The backup drive must be bigger than or equal to the faulty one, in good working condition without any data.
⁽²⁾ Please ship next day air to our Richmond location and consider prepayment to speed up the return.
⁽³⁾ Server contitutes any computer acting as server and/or running server software.
⁽⁴⁾ Estimated, it may take longer.
